How to Order
To
place an order on this web site is a simple manner of browsing the
products until you find what you are looking for. If a product can be
purchased, an "Add to Cart" or "Purchase Button" will appear next to
the product. By clicking this button you can add as many items as you
like into your cart before clicking on a "Checkout" link or button to
finalise your purchase.
Payment Methods we Accept
You have several options on how you can pay for your purchase. They include

We accept Visa Card and Master Card. We do not accept American Express or Diners cards. We accept card details via our SECURE order page. Your payment will not be processed until we are ready to post your package.
Direct Deposit:
If you do not have a credit card you can deposit funds electronically into our bank account. We will email you our direct deposit details and your order will be send on confirmation of your payment.
Delivery Charges and Time Frames
Delivery Charges
FREE FREIGHT for orders over $100 within Australia. Orders are delivered in Australia by Standard Australia Post mail. For orders under $100 most parcels incur a $5 charge. Larger items may incur a $10 charge.Your delivery charges are calculated and shown to you at the checkout stage of your purchase. While we make every effort within reason to ensure that this calculation is accurate under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be in error and not cover the real delivery costs. Under these circumstances we reserve the right to not proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or canceling your order.
Delivery Time FramesWe process orders Monday to Friday and endeavor to ship the same day or the following day from when we receive your order. Our delivery time ranges from 2 to 10 days depending on your location.

We

Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product we must receive the goods back in their original state, with tags still attached, unworn and undamaged within 14 days of receipt of purchase. A credit note will then be issued to you, valid for three months. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another colour size or style please indicate your requirements and include your receipt.
